1. Purpose
Ensure the correct One-Pager is selected, printed, and distributed for each pet’s appointment or service. This will enable all departments (Vet Nurses, Testing, Boarding, etc.) to have the necessary information for proper patient care and follow-up.
2. Scope
This SOP applies to all Client Service Representatives (CSRs) responsible for preparing One-Pagers at the veterinary practice. It includes any appointment type—medical, wellness, boarding, grooming, testing, surgery, etc.—where a One-Pager is required.
3. Responsibilities
- CSRs
