Please remember to collect a deposit for all clients that haven't received SERVICES in the past 1.5 years.
It's not enough to buy products.
We ALWAYS collect a deposit if we haven't performed services in the past 1.5 years. We had a no-call / no-show client today without services in 2 years, and we DID NOT collect a deposit.
For clients that canceled or no-showed on the same day of their appointment, please create a notice in the client's account AND all pets under the account.
I want to make it PAINFULLY obvious that this is a no-show client for all their pets.
Format of the notice:
<Date> - NO CALL / NO SHOW - Client must pay $55 deposit for a future appointment.
Example:
6/17/23 - NO CALL / NO SHOW - Client must pay $55 for a future appointment.
