Level 0: Entry-Level Veterinary Nurse
Purpose: Support the practice by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic care tasks, managing safety protocols, and organizing workspaces. This role also involves learning foundational medical terminology and animal anatomy and preparing for more advanced duties.

Level 1: New Veterinary Nurse
Purpose: Support basic care and administrative tasks such as medication management, inventory control, and essential patient care while ensuring compliance with drug and vaccine protocols. This tier also focuses on effective communication with pet owners.

Level 2: Veterinary Nurse with Basic Skills
Purpose: Manage exam rooms efficiently, handle basic care tasks, educate clients on pet health, and perform entry-level medical procedures.

Level 3: Intermediate Veterinary Nurse
Purpose: Perform essential clinical tasks such as blood collection, catheter placement, and injection administration, as well as monitor critical care patients and handle complex lab work.
